What's going on with the IS/HS library?

We have been hearing that the library in the IS/HS has been inaccessible to the students since the beginning of the year(due to renovations and books & boxes from the move from Grandview). Apparently books are being brought to the classrooms on a cart. Is anyone hearing this also? So not only are the renovations not on schedule, here is yet another example that these renovations are hindering the educational process.
