It was great to see such a big turnout for the play on Fri and Sat night. The kids did an amazing job and they should be commended for their efforts. A big thank you to Mrs. Habel, and Mr. Jones for their leadership.
Obviously the performing arts are worth saving here in Morrisville. In case you didn't know, Mrs. Habel will apparently be teaching 4th grade next year, and may not be involved with the play. It is our understanding that Mr. Ferrara had assured the parents at the last parent advisory meeting that a plan would be in place to keep the play going, but the question still remains how, and as of now the performing arts is in jeapordy.
What are your thoughts on the play, and the status of the performing arts here in Morrisville?
